ROLE OVERVIEW
Our award-winning team is looking to grow so that we can release even more transformative experiences to the millions of players that enjoy our games every day. Part of that process includes an intricate product development and release process that requires slick internal communications and even more wow factor for external communications.
That’s where you would come in: we’re looking for a superstar product marketing presentation specialist who can work with our team to craft compelling narratives and presenting them to a multitude of audiences worldwide.
If you’re an expert, media-trained presenter who understands how to pull everything together visually and verbally (think: exceptional product keynotes), are able work with multiple stakeholders with many communicative styles, condense complicated features and descriptions into simple bite-sized concepts, and work tirelessly to market products in service of entertaining our players, you’ll fit right in.
Reporting to the Director of Brand & Marketing Operations and working closely with everyone involved in product marketing, this is a hands-on role that can be on the ground with the team or based remotely.

- Craft stunning & compelling presentations with narratives that you will present to internal stakeholders, commercial teams, and external operator partners.
- Be the face of our product marketing strategy by delivering frequent and regular presentations to all different kinds of audiences.
- Work closely with the presentation designer to develop the materials in a way that everything supports your delivery to the world through internal broadcasts, keynotes, and conferences.
- Sit with product teams to help define, conceptualise how new products & features will be presented. This will include participating in the product development process and understanding more about our games and features.
- Advise marketing and product on the kinds of materials that would be perfect for use in the presentations to best showcase our games, products, and features.
- Lead new marketing presentation narratives from start to finish.
- Fine-tune copy in the presentations to be simple, concise, high-impact, and positive. Understanding how to position things well is critical to succeeding in this role.
- Iterate concepts clearly, concisely, and effectively with the team and stakeholders.
- Prepare tidy, thoughtful, and well-structured source files for reuse and further iteration as our portfolio continues to evolve.
- Adjust narratives and presentations based on feedback from stakeholders.
- Document your approach to presentations so that other team members (or other teams) clearly understand the process.

- Push the boundaries of our presentations to deliver wow-impact experiences to our audiences every single time. We want everyone to be engaged no matter how small or large the release is.
- Define and evolve our presentation narrative to weave consistency and familiarity throughout our many releases (that you will be responsible for) while still giving us enough flexibility to try new things.
- Make our presentations style uniquely emblematic of our branding. The ideal is that our clients could see and hear any part of our presentations and immediately understand that it comes from us.
- Understand what our competitors are doing differently and to help us identify elements that we may want to incorporate.
- Keep an eye on broader presentation trends and tools, especially within the gaming and entertainment spaces, to ensure that we are keeping up with best practices to deliver to audiences and keep them engaged.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Education, Qualifications, and Background:
- You must be media trained or have equivalent experience.
- You must have delivered high-stakes presentations to large audiences in person or via television/streaming services. Ideally you have samples or a showreel of those events.
- You have an exceptional portfolio that showcases high-end, modern, and strategic presentations — ideally for gaming, technology, and entertainment companies. The more projects you can demonstrate, the better.
- You must have worked in a senior product marketing or agency capacity where you’ve delivered high-stakes presentations, pitch decks, and websites/microsites.
Key Experience Areas
- Mastery of understanding how to construct a narrative effectively combined with media materials that augment rather than distract from the experience.
- Ability to work quickly and to truly understand our portfolio. This isn’t just about presentational delivery – it’s also understanding what you’re presenting and how it fits into our broader strategic context.
- Solid engagement with product and technical teams to understand how to get the most critical information about our games and features and present them in the best light.
- Understand how to take more complex and technical features and make them simple, engaging, and compelling.
- Having the ability to delve into graphic design, motion graphics, animation, or video outside of product and UI design is a plus.
- Ideally you will have some technical background or knowledge.
You should:
- Be a master orator and thrive when you’re presenting to large audiences.
- Stating the obvious: love games, technology, and software – to succeed in this role, you need a passion and respect for the product you’re presenting.
- Obsess over every narrative detail to constantly push the evolution of our presentations.
- Be in the details – this is a very hands-on role that will craft storytelling experiences for our teams and clients.
- Take ownership of the presentations as if they were for your own company. This includes exuding a startup mentality where you are working to constantly ship great product.
- Be exceptionally well-organised and structured with your time. There are going to be a lot of moving parts to this role so you must bring method and structure to your approach, particularly when you consider that we have many game titles in parallel pipelines.
- Be extremely creative and thrive in an ultra-creative environment – your role is to bring life to our presentations and rally teams around that vision.
- Adapt quickly to different teams, different types of teams (internal versus external), working styles, and art styles.
- Bring an infectious storytelling mentality that the team can adopt and easily work with.
- Take critical feedback well. A lot of different stakeholders are going to be looking at the designs and prototypes and providing their input – this is a critical part of the collaboration process. Knowing how to accept and act on feedback is vital to this role.
- Discuss constructively and diplomatically. Having many different views means that we won’t always agree – but we need to focus on collaborating solutions that deliver optimal outcomes for our customers.
- Exude transparency, openness, and objectivity. We’re here to build great products and need to collaborate effectively.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to work to very tight deadlines. We work to visualise things quickly and make decisions to push the business forward.
- Speak English natively or be completely fluent.
