Stylist Team Leader
Description
PURPOSE:
The Stylist Team Leader Manages the Stylists Team’s activity, focusing on aspects related to cost control and optimization, inventory management, compliance with procedures, administrative and people management tasks.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Controls stock
Ensures procedure adhesion
Manages and reports on daily team activities, Attendance, Schedule and Holiday Planning
Handles disciplinary action documentation
Trains / onboards new team members
Evaluates and reports on procedure compliance
Drafts new procedures and submits them for approval
Proposes changes to existing procedures
Ensures that procedures are up-to-date
Organizes and participates in Appearance workshops
Ensures timely and efficient re-stocking + stock management
Analyzes stock movements to identify patterns and red flags
Conducts research and testing projects to identify measures that will improve the consistency of dealer’s appearance on-camera
Contributes to special events table decoration planning and execution
Periodically reports regarding team activity, stock movements and purchases
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accuracy in stock records and re-stocking requests
- Fulfilling in time and exactly the specific tasks set or established by the hierarchical superior
- Quality of reports and information
- Documents on stock management issues
- Proposes measures to streamline the management activity or deliveries from stock
- Proposes measures to improve on-camera appearance quality consistency
- Efficiently manages team members
