What you'll be doing:
- Responsible from A to Z of the onboarding process for new closed deals with clients (B2B)
- Follow up the onboarding process by keeping updated tracking reports on a daily basis
- Manages constant and daily monitoring with clients for new and ongoing integrations
- Guarantees the proper communication on different levels between the external clients and internal clients from different departments involved in the onboarding process (technical team, compliance team, legal team, account management team and commercial team)
- Ensures a smooth transition between business development/commercial and account management department.
- Follow up project management procedures to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Review project plans and resolve onsite problems.
- Suggest continuous improvement to guarantee the efficiency of processes
What we ask of you:
- Located in Latin America (good internet connectivity)
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
- Strong organizational skills and focus to details (mandatory -no exceptions-)
- Experience with CRM systems, MS Office 365 Tools, PowerBI
- Ability to get things done under pressure.
- Ability to work independently on a remote and multicultural environment.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Agility to learn quickly and work with best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Be able to quickly and clearly understand the business strategy to ensure the decisions are aligned accordingly.
