ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Employee Engagement Manager you will develop and implement initiatives that foster a positive, engaging, and innovative work environment across all our live casino locations - aligning daily activities and long-term strategies to drive excellence in employee engagement.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Focus:
• Employee morale, motivation, retention
• Building a strong workplace culture
• Making employees feel valued and connected
Typical work:
• Running engagement surveys and acting on results
• Designing recognition programs, events, initiatives
• Improving onboarding and employee experience
• Working with HR on retention strategies
• Driving initiatives like wellbeing, DEI, team bonding
Success metrics:
• Engagement scores (eNPS)
• Retention / attrition
• Participation in programs
• Employee satisfaction

WHAT WE ASK OF YOU
- A minimum of 5 years in Employee Engagement, Employer Branding or People & Culture role with at least 2 years in managerial role.
- Proven ability to work with data.
- Experience in organizing and delivering impactful events.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in regulated, high-volume environments is advantageous.
- Excellent skills in cross-functional communication, leadership, and execution.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Passion for creating inclusive, people-oriented workplaces.
