Role Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Appearance Monitoring Specialist to join our team at ARRISE.
In this role, you will be responsible for continuously monitoring (24/7) the appearance of our employees to ensure compliance with our Appearance Guidelines.

In this role, you will be responsible for continuously monitoring (24/7) the appearance of our employees to ensure compliance with our Appearance Guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Supervises and coordinates the monitoring and reporting of employees' appearance.
- Supports the team leader in renewing files, formulas, periodically updating the schedule and rotations.
- Constantly monitors the quantity and quality of reports provided by the team to employees.
- Requests information about new studio launches, studio migrations, and updates to table names in portals.
- Provides guidance and training to ensure that team members are competent in their roles.
- Supports the team leader in evaluating team performance through constant supervision of team activities.
- Supervises and checks the completion of tasks by the Appearance Monitoring Specialists during their work schedule.
- Communicates on behalf of the team through the company's communication channels.
- Responds promptly to any requests received through the company's communication channels during working hours.
- Creates special rotations for the Appearance Monitoring Specialists team (Appearance Checks/workshops) and the monthly schedule.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have advanced English skills.
- Possess at least a medium level of computer literacy.
- Bring experience in quality control or monitoring.
- Are available to work weekends, night shifts, and public holidays.
