JOB OVERVIEW
The Creative Media Producer – Social Media Lead is responsible for developing and delivering high-quality photo and video assets specifically tailored for the company’s social media channels and digital campaigns. This role bridges the gap between the Photography Department and the Marketing Department, ensuring every campaign has a clear creative direction, consistent branding, and timely execution.
 
The ideal candidate excels at transforming briefs into compelling visual concepts, actively contributes to marketing campaign discussions, and independently produces the full spectrum of required content. They work closely with the Director of Photography to maintain coherent visual identity, while also ensuring that social-platform-specific creative needs are met.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Creative Concept Development & Campaign Participation
  • Participate in marketing briefings for all social media campaigns.
  • Translate campaign objectives into clear creative concepts tailored for each platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Propose moodboards, visual references, and creative approaches aligned with brand identity.
  • Suggest formats, hooks, transitions, and storytelling methods optimised for short-form and digital viewing.
Production of Photo & Video Assets
  • Shoot, direct, and produce all required social-ready content (stills & video).
  • Ensure assets meet technical and stylistic standards defined by the Director of Photography.
  • Adapt content into multiple outputs (reels, stories, cutdowns, thumbnails, teasers).
  • Oversee quick-turnaround shoots, spontaneous content, and ongoing social media deliverables.
Cross-Department Collaboration
  • Maintain continuous communication with Marketing to ensure alignment on goals, deadlines, and campaign priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Photography to ensure visual consistency.
  • Participate in pre-production meetings, concept validations, and content planning cycles.
  • Provide Marketing with structured asset deliveries and clear naming conventions.
Workflow, File Management & Delivery
  • Manage production timelines and daily/weekly schedules for social-driven shoots.
  • Ensure efficient file organisation, backups, and asset versioning.
  • Deliver final edited or raw materials according to departmental standards.
  • Provide post-production teams (when involved) with references, edit notes, and technical annotations.
Trend Awareness & Performance Optimization
  • Keep up to date with current social media formats, visual trends, and platform best practices.
  • Recommend new creative approaches and content styles to increase engagement.
  • Monitor content performance when required and adapt future creative strategies accordingly.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
  • 3–5+ years of experience in photography, videography, or digital content creation.
  • Proven track record in producing content for social media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of lighting, composition, short-form storytelling, and digital-first visuals.
  • Experience with professional camera systems (Canon, Sony, Blackmagic, etc.).
  • Familiarity with social-first editing and formatting (Reels, TikTok, vertical video workflows).
  • Experience in fast-paced creative environments (iGaming, broadcast, commercial production, entertainment, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively engaging with Marketing and creative leadership.
