Position scope:
Ensure compliance, accuracy, and consistency of Appearance processes by independently reviewing, auditing, and validating documentation, operational execution, and adherence to standards across all locations and sub-departments. The role supports risk prevention, data integrity, and continuous process improvement through structured audits and corrective recommendations.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Audit & Compliance
- Conduct regular internal audits of Appearance processes, documentation, and operational execution across all locations and sub-departments.
- Verify compliance with internal policies and PPL/Arrise requirements.
- Identify process gaps, non-conformities, and potential risks impacting data accuracy, reporting, or compliance.
- Review and validate records against supporting evidence and operational schedules.
Documentation & Standardization
- Audit all standardization documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment across locations, roles, and sub-departments.
- Create, review, maintain, and improve Appearance Guidelines and support documentation.
- Ensure documentation reflects current operational practices and approved procedures.
- Validate document version control, approval flows, and accessibility within the Document Management System (DMS).
- Support the creation and audit-readiness of documentation for all locations.
- Design and implement document templates.
- Develop, update, and optimize all documentation related to standardization.
- Produce comprehensive supporting documentation following consultations, training sessions, workshops, and established procedures.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for appearance changes in accordance with PPL/Arrise requirements.
- Continuously improve existing documentation to enhance overall process effectiveness
Reporting & Risk Management
- Prepare structured audit reports outlining findings, root causes, impact, and risk level.
- Track corrective and preventive actions and follow up on implementation and closure.
- Provide clear, fact-based recommendations to management for process improvements.
- Support management during internal or external audits by providing documentation and evidence.
Continuous Improvement
- Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen controls, increase transparency, and reduce reliance on self-reporting.
- Recommend process enhancements, validation mechanisms, and control measures to prevent recurrence of non-conformities.
- Support the design and implementation of standardized audit templates, checklists, and trackers.
Additional Responsibilities
- Execute ad-hoc audit tasks, reviews and additional tasks assigned by the direct manager.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with all Appearance Managers and Team Leaders to ensure alignment and compliance.
- Participate actively in the Appearance Check process.
- Ensure the Appearance Call Investigation Tracker is consistently maintained and current.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Advanced PC skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work independently, objectively, and with confidentiality.
- Previous experience in audit, compliance, quality assurance, or process control is an advantage
