The Design Delivery Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end delivery and operationalization of design outputs, ensuring a smooth transition from Design sign-off to verification, procurement, and production readiness. The role acts as a key interface between Design, Uniforms, Procurement, Suppliers and Project Management, with ownership over Series 0 verification coordination, handover processes and delivery execution, as well as supporting further non-design improvements to existing products, and working with vendors to ensure accurate and precise documentation on relevant produced items.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design Delivery & Coordination
  • Coordinate the delivery of design projects from final sign-off through production readiness
  • Ensure alignment between Design, Uniforms, Procurement, Suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Act as the primary bridge between the Design team and the Uniforms team during handover and verification phases
  • Ensure timelines, dependencies and responsibilities are clearly defined and respected
Series 0 Verification Process Ownership
  • Own and coordinate the Series 0 / Batch 1 verification process after Design sign-off
  • Ensure the formal handover of ownership from Design to the Uniforms team
  • Validate completeness and correctness of the Design handover package prior to Series 0 or Batch 1 reception
  • Coordinate and support Series 0 verification activities (physical and documentation-based)
  • Ensure findings, non-conformities and deviations are properly documented and tracked
  • Facilitate structured feedback loops between Uniforms, Design, Suppliers and Project Management
  • Support Go / No-Go / Conditional Go decisions for production release
  • Ensure clear ownership is assigned for each step of the verification process
Procurement & Ordering Support
  • Place procurement orders related to uniforms and design deliverables, in alignment with approved designs
  • Coordinate with Procurement and Suppliers to ensure timely ordering and delivery
  • Track order status, lead times and potential risks impacting delivery
  • Ensure ordered items comply with final approved Design specifications
  • Process & Continuous Improvement
  • Identify gaps, risks and inefficiencies in design delivery, verification and handover processes
  • Propose and implement process improvements to ensure repeatability and accountability
  • Maintain clear documentation of processes, roles and outputs
  • Monitor KPIs related to delivery, quality and readiness
Additional Responsibilities – Non-Design Improvements & Vendor Documentation
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives for existing products (e.g. quality, fit consistency, materials, documentation accuracy)
  • Act as main point of contact with vendors for clarification related to product specifications, production standards and delivery
  • Ensure suppliers provide accurate, complete and up-to-date technical documentation for produced items
  • Review and validate supplier documentation against approved Design and production standards
  • Identify documentation gasps or risks and drive corrective actions with suppliers
  • Support implementation of approved improvements into future production batches
  • Ensure all updates are properly communicated and reflected in all relevant documentation and delivery materials
