ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Compliance Executive – Marketing & Promotions, you’ll bring your marketing, regulatory and iGaming expertise into a role where you’ll help shape how a global gaming brand communicates.
You’ll partner with our B2B and B2C marketing teams across multiple jurisdictions, helping ensure our marketing is both compliant and commercially effective.
Working at the intersection of regulation and creativity, you’ll be part of one of the fastest-moving marketing environments in the iGaming industry. You’ll review campaigns, refine internal guidelines, identify emerging regulatory trends, and provide clear, practical advice that directly supports business success.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
As a go-to specialist for marketing and promotional compliance, you will:
- Review global B2B and B2C marketing and promotional campaigns to ensure they meet all legal, regulatory and internal requirements.
- Assess creative content to ensure alignment with responsible gambling and youth appeal restrictions.
- Keep our multi-jurisdictional marketing guidelines sharp, accurate, and easy to use, working closely with management and wider compliance teams.
- Monitor regulatory developments across key markets and proactively flag changes to the right stakeholders.
- Help the business anticipate regulatory trends and adapt marketing approaches in advance.
- Provide clear, solutions-focused advice during campaign planning.
Supporting ad-hoc compliance projects related to marketing and promotions.
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU
- Experience within the iGaming industry, ideally in compliance, legal or a marketing role with exposure to regulated markets.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to advise stakeholders and challenge constructively.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong cross-team relationships.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail; able to balance multiple deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to propose pragmatic, risk-balanced solutions.
- You don’t need deep compliance experience to succeed - if you’re motivated, curious, and eager to learn, we’ll support you with training and structured development to help you develop into a subject-matter expert.
