About the role
 
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with deep expertise in hiring for Technical & Operational roles within a fast-paced, international environment.
This position plays a key role in scaling our global Studio Production, Corporate Services, and Fraud & Risk teams - from Electrical Engineers to Facilities Supervisors. You’ll collaborate with department head's, team managers and cross-functional stakeholders to identify, attract, and secure top-tier talent who thrive in complex, high-growth environments.

What Will You Be Doing:
  • Own full-cycle recruitment for Studio Production, Corporate Services, and Fraud & Risk roles - from Audio Visual Technicians to Surveillance Controllers and Risk and Fraud Analysts.
  • Partner closely with Product leadership to understand strategic hiring goals and define role requirements. You’ll be part of shaping the global strategy for product roles.
  • Create and execute proactive sourcing strategies tailored to product talent across international markets.
  • Identify and engage passive candidates using advanced search techniques, talent mapping, and headhunting tactics.
  • Screen candidates for both technical competency and cultural alignment.
  • Manage a first-class candidate experience with clear, timely communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Deliver a best in class hiring manager experience that builds excellent relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with HR and compensation teams to structure competitive, compelling offers.
  • Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and pipeline health.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and local/global hiring regulations.
  • Manage partnerships with tech recruitment agencies and headhunters as needed.
  • Serve as a true talent advisor and brand ambassador for ARRISE in every interaction.
  • Stay current on trends in the tech and product talent market and provide insights to hiring teams.
What Makes You a Strong Candidate:
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on Technical or Operational roles.
  • Background in agency and in-house recruitment is a strong advantage.
  • Proven success in hiring for a variety of roles such as Electrical Engineers, Audio Visual Technicians, CCTV Specialists, Lighting Technicians, Risk and Fraud Analysts.
  • Experience with international and cross-border recruitment.
  • Knowledge of niche sourcing platforms and country specific job boards
  • Comfortable managing multiple requisitions while delivering high-quality candidate and stakeholder experiences.
  • Strong business and commercial awareness, with the ability to link recruitment outcomes to business objectives.
  • Skilled in building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
  • Experience working with recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, NPS, and quality of hire.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms - Jobvite experience is a bonus.
