THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our office-based team in Gibraltar or Isle of Man. As a Junior Account Manager, you will support the management of a client portfolio, assist with daily account operations, and help drive strong, long-term partnerships. You will play an important role in maintaining client satisfaction, ensuring smooth processes, and contributing to overall account growth.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Support senior team members as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients.
- Help build and maintain positive, long-term client relationships by ensuring consistent communication and service quality.
- Assist with client onboarding and provide guidance throughout integrations and product launches.
- Coordinate with internal teams to help deliver timely solutions and meet client needs.
- Collect, organize, and share promotions from providers with clients.
- Identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities and share them with senior colleagues.
- Prepare regular updates, reports, and KPIs for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor the respective iGaming market and support clients with relevant insights.
- Help resolve client issues promptly to maintain service excellence.
- Participate in industry events and client meetings when required.
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU:
- Demonstrated ability to support client relationships and contribute to account growth.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Commercially minded with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM/project tools is a plus.
- A proactive, adaptable, and professional approach to work.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business events.
- iGaming industry knowledge with a focus on casino is an advantage.
