Position Summary

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Acquisition Marketing  Manager will establish, track, optimize and accelerate growth across all channels (on-line and offline). You will define market size and opportunity, develop and implement acquisition campaigns, analyze results and then optimize future campaigns for performance. You will be responsible for funnel performance to inform the marketing strategy by identifying gaps and filling with opportunities. 


You will work with the Marketing team through a wide array of marketing activities such as the development of new acquisition and communication strategies, sales enablement, market analysis, campaign management, market research, and event or creative executions. The marketing team is dynamic, driven, fast-paced and highly engaged. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B, SaaS and self-service products, excellent writing and organizational skills, be results-driven, and have superior attention to detail. We are seeking a motivated person with a problem-solving mindset to join our scrappy, fun team.



  • Develop acquisition strategies to build campaigns where you coordinate all parts of the experience and conversion funnel.
  • Monitor, review and take ownership for optimization of online and offline acquisition channels and flow (SEM, SEO, Social, Content, Sales, Affiliate, Events, Customer Conversion and others).
  • Proactively guide a cross-disciplinary team to assess areas of opportunity and develop strategic initiatives that can be applied throughout the product. 
  • Identify acquisition channels through partnerships (associations, events, and sponsorships) and develop a metrics-based approach for assessing opportunities, through to engagement, negotiation and implementation.
  • Monitor and analyze the customer acquisition funnel (channel, spend, messaging, landing pages,, customer conversion and more) to identify opportunities, refining and delivering ongoing improvements to conversion.
  • Embrace a data-driven approach to turn data into actionable insights to drive results
  • Review reports to understand the impact of marketing programs on sales pipeline health and follow-up on necessary actions to drive alignment with sales and marketing stakeholders and manage escalations proactively
  • Track your marketing campaigns and report on key success metrics
  • Proactively leverage market research and analysis to identify new opportunities that drive towards achieving customer and revenue objectives

Critical Competencies

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B and/or B2C acquisition marketing, SaaS marketing preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or relevant experience
  • Experience with B2B/B2C lead generation and developing brand and marketing plans
  • Experience with developing strategies converting free to paid customers
  • Data-driven results-oriented marketer and comfortable using data analytics to guide marketing decisions
  • Experience managing multiple projects from start to finish (develop the strategy, overseeing creative development, managing the workback schedule and execution)
  • Big picture thinking and being able to pay attention to details
  • Knowledge and experience in the following tools preferred: Salesforce, Hubspot, WordPress, Google Analytics, ChurnZero, Pendo and G Suite
