WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Own and lead the global recruitment marketing strategy for ARRISE, with a focus on attracting high-quality corporate talent.
  • Develop and manage ARRISE’s employer brand across all relevant marketing channels.
  • Plan, execute, and deliver industry-specific events and sponsorships to drive brand visibility and talent acquisition.
  • Build and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to support ongoing hiring needs across global markets.
  • Oversee CRM-led candidate engagement strategies to nurture talent pipelines and improve quality of hire.
  • Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, marketing, and senior stakeholders to align marketing activity with business hiring priorities.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and partners to deliver high-impact campaigns and events.
  • Track and report on performance of recruitment marketing activity, optimising campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Ensure all recruitment marketing aligns with ARRISE brand guidelines and compliance standards within the iGaming sector.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Around 5 years’ experience in marketing, with strong relevance to B2B, employer branding, or recruitment marketing.
  • Proven experience delivering successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong background in events, sponsorships, partnerships, and brand activation.
  • Ideally you will have experience managing CRM-driven marketing activity and candidate engagement campaigns.
  • Confident working with agencies, suppliers, and external partners.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to balance brand-building and performance-driven marketing.
  • Highly organised with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global iGaming environment.
  • Ambitious, proactive, and excited by the opportunity to build a global employer brand.
