THE ROLE:
The Head of Account Management (LATAM) will lead the regional account management strategy, driving revenue growth, client satisfaction, and long-term partnerships across key markets. This role combines commercial leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on relationship management to strengthen the company’s presence and performance throughout the LATAM region.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Oversee the Account Management function in LATAM, driving and maximizing revenues across all customer accounts and ensuring strategic alignment with overall company objectives;
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and strategic partners at senior and executive levels;
- Make strategic recommendations and implement profitable initiatives focused on promotions, account management practices, sales techniques, and portfolio optimization across a broad range of products;
- Monitor customer feedback and market signals to anticipate business needs and collaborate closely with the Product, Marketing, and Operations departments to deliver tailored and impactful solutions;
- Define, track, and report on key KPIs, account performance metrics, and revenue forecasts to senior management and the executive leadership team;
- Lead, coach, and develop the Account Management team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer-centric innovation;
- Drive strategic initiatives to enhance customer lifetime value, optimize account performance, and reinforce the company’s leadership position in the LATAM market;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of account management frameworks, tools, and best practices to enhance scalability, efficiency, and service consistency;
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments across LATAM to inform business strategy and identify emerging growth opportunities;
- Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to strengthen brand visibility, deepen customer engagement, and identify strategic partnership opportunities;
- Liaise effectively with internal Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to address client inquiries, communicate feedback, and ensure delivery of value-added solutions aligned with customer needs;
- Proactively up-sell existing clients on new products and premium offerings, working strategically to broaden the company’s product footprint within each client’s business;
- Conduct regular client review meetings to evaluate performance, identify opportunities for growth, and strengthen long-term partnerships;
- Develop and implement structured Account Management processes and best practices to ensure operational excellence and consistency across the region;
- Lead commercial forecasting and the drafting of regional commercial plans to ensure strong revenue performance and alignment with overall business goals.
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in Account Management, Sales, or Commercial Leadership roles within the iGaming industry;
- A self-motivated person who is passionate about innovation and delivering exceptional results;
- Experience leading, developing and motivating teams in a target driven environment;
- Demonstrated success in managing high-value accounts and driving substantial revenue growth across multiple markets, ideally within LATAM
- Deep understanding of the LATAM online gambling landscape, including market trends, key operators, and regulatory environments;
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders both internally and externally;
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, able to convert insights into actionable business strategies;
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a strong advantage);
- Highly organized and results-driven, with strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- Willingness to travel across LATAM and internationally as required.
