About the Role:
As an HR Assistant at ARRISE, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team by handling various administrative tasks. This includes managing employee records, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding processes. You will be instrumental in maintaining a smooth HR operation and ensuring that our team members have a positive experience.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Greeting Colleagues: Address HR-related queries from staff.
- Document Preparation: Draft legal documents such as individual labor contracts, additional documents, decisions, certificates, requests, and statements.
- File Management: Prepare, check, and archive personnel files; maintain records of all HR-related documents.
- Data Management: Update and enter data into the computer system.
- Onboarding: Orient new employees, including setting up log-ins, workstations, and email addresses.
- Support: Serve as a point of contact for new employee questions.
- Records Maintenance: Update and maintain employee benefits, employment status, and related records.
- Termination: Complete termination paperwork and assist with exit interviews.

- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and resolve queries efficiently.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Language Proficiency: Medium level of English proficiency.
- Technical Skills: Medium proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Organizational Skills: Good prioritization and time-management abilities.
- Team Player: Organized and collaborative.
