WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Act as the primary support for the Head of Procurement in strategic planning and execution of procurement activities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sourcing Officer and other stakeholders to track progress on procurement projects across multiple platforms and countries.
  • Coordinate and follow up with four Country Procurement Specialists to ensure consistency and alignment in procurement execution and documentation.
  • Manage supplier and contract databases, including drafting, reviewing, and tracking contract lifecycles and renewals.
  • Assist in the evaluation and improvement of procurement processes and documentation standards.
  • Support the Head of Procurement in preparing project reports, timelines, and tracking KPIs.
  • Ensure that procurement processes are followed in compliance with internal policies and operational needs.
  • Participate in cross-functional project teams to support business growth and new market entries.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
 
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
  • Experience in the media, entertainment, or tech industry is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in managing supplier relationships.
  • Familiarity with procurement software and systems.
 
Skills and Competencies:
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate cost-saving opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
