WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Act as the single point of contact for all Russian or Turkish-speaking employees throughout their onboarding and integration journey.
- Provide comprehensive guidance to new hires on frequently asked topics, including:
- Facilities and office setup
- Required documentation and local legal processes
- HR policies and procedures
- Accommodation assistance
- Cultural and practical information about Serbia
- Maintain strong relationships with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
- Organize and facilitate
- Serve as a buddy for new employees.
- Collaborate with Shift Managers and Team Managers to support general inquiries.
- Uphold company standards related to work discipline, confidentiality, and professional conduct.
- Report any identified concerns or incidents to relevant stakeholders.
- Perform any other tasks that may be required by the Company from time to time, which fall under the employee’s area of expertise.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Russian or Turkish (native or near-native) and a strong command of the Serbian language.
- People Experience: Proven professional experience in roles that require high-touch interaction with people (e.g., HR, Customer Support, Hospitality, or Community Management).
- Exceptional Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Patience & Resilience: A high level of patience and the ability to remain calm and helpful when guiding others through stressful transitions or repetitive inquiries.
- Cultural Competency: A deep understanding of both the candidate's native culture and Serbian local customs to facilitate smooth integration.
- Professionalism: A disciplined approach to work with a strong sense of confidentiality and ethics.
