ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Bingo Product Coordination Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and driving the successful delivery of strategic initiatives across the Bingo vertical. Working closely with the VP of Bingo, you will own the structure, prioritisation, and execution of product-related projects to ensure alignment with business objectives, partner expectations, and market opportunities.
You will be a key point of contact for both new and existing clients, brining together a holistic approach and implementation covering both product and operations.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Product Roadmap Coordination
- Coordinate and manage the Bingo product roadmap by gathering Operator feedback, product development requests, and market insights. Work with internal stakeholders to prioritise initiatives, define deliverables and ETAs, and present structured recommendations for approval to the VP of Bingo.
Operator Request Prioritisation & Communication
- Act as the central point of contact for Operator product development requests, ensuring clear prioritisation, transparent timelines, and consistent communication on progress, dependencies, and delivery expectations.
Development Coordination & Delivery Oversight
- Work closely with the development team to track progress across all assigned tasks, features, and roadmap items. Ensure projects remain on schedule, risks are identified early, and deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.
UI/UX Delivery Oversight
- Collaborate with the Bingo design team and external creative agencies to ensure all UI and UX deliverables meet Operator and internal requirements, maintaining consistency, usability, and minimal rework throughout the delivery lifecycle.
B2B Partner Integration & Enablement
- Act as a Bingo product specialist, supporting new B2B partners through setup and early go-live phases. Provide guidance on integration timelines, design requirements, room configurations, promotional capabilities, and product best practices.
Implementation & Rollout Ownership
- Serve as the primary delivery point of contact during the sales handover, implementation, and rollout phases for new Bingo partners, ensuring seamless coordination between Sales, Account Management, Technical, and Product teams.
Statement of Work (SOW) Management
- Manage the creation, validation, and maintenance of Statements of Work to ensure scope, timelines, and deliverables are clearly defined and accurate. Oversee internal and external approval processes to ensure timely execution and project commencement.
Documentation, Training & Product Enablement
- Own and maintain internal and external documentation, presentations, and training materials. Ensure partners and internal teams are equipped with up-to-date guidance, product knowledge, and delivery expectations.
Process Development & Delivery Governance
- Design, implement, and refine delivery processes to improve consistency, transparency, and efficiency across product initiatives. Introduce structure and cadence to planning, progress tracking, and stakeholder reporting.
Partner Collaboration & Feature Enablement
- Work closely with B2B partners and the Account Management team to support the successful introduction of new Bingo features and variants, ensuring delivery readiness, clear communication, and effective market positioning.
