Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the relationship with internal and external clients (staff, operators, player):
- Periodic inspection of the studio in order to assure a proper demeanour of the staff and the functionality of the equipment;
- Offers support to the players when is the case or if they ask for guidance;
- Ensures that all the company’s procedures and standards are respected by the employees;
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months relevant experience;
- English and Bulgarian PC literate
- Exceptional presentation skills;
- Communication and self-control skills;
