Appearance Quality Control Specialist

Role Description:
The Appearance Quality Control Specialist ensures consistent compliance with Appearance Guidelines by combining real-time monitoring and reporting (quality control) with expertise in visual presentation (appearance). The role supports both adherence to standards and the continuous improvement of employees’ on-camera image and overall visual consistency.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor live tables and report irregularities in employees’ appearance, ensuring compliance with approved Appearance Guidelines and company procedures, while offering improvement recommendations.
- Create and update documentation related to departmental activities.
- Handle Appearance Change Requests submitted by employees.
- Propose changes to existing procedures, guidelines, uniform items, and makeup/hairstyling looks.
- Contribute to research and testing projects aimed at enhancing the consistency of dealers’ appearance on camera or optimizing personnel allocation strategies.
- Organize and participate in Appearance checks, training sessions, and discussions.
- Maintain effective communication with employees regarding their appearance to ensure a positive employee experience.
- Perform additional tasks within the allocated working time.
- Maintain a strong and collaborative relationship with both the Stylist and Uniform teams.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Intermediate level of English proficiency.
- Basic to intermediate PC skills (Microsoft Office proficiency, reasonable typing speed, and ability to take screenshots).
- Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner.
- Availability to work in shifts, including weekends, night shifts, and public holidays.
