What you would be doing:
- Perform makeup and hairstyling to ensure a polished on-camera image, including tattoo coverage.
- Provide consultations, feedback, and recommendations to employees regarding their appearance.
- Train and mentor stylists, conduct workshops dedicated to beauty and .
- Create and maintain up to date supporting materials following training, workshops and 1-2-1 sessions.
- Maintain work tools, products, and workplace cleanliness, ensuring proper storage and hygiene.
- Monitor and manage inventory, reporting shortages and placing timely orders.
- Participate in Appearance Checks and assist with stylist activities as needed.
- Communicate and respond promptly to requests via company channels.
What makes you a strong candidate:
- Expertise: 2+ years of professional hands-on experience in makeup application and hairstyling and at least 1 year in Appearance Department.
- Professional certificate: Must hold a diploma or professional certification in hairstyling/make-up.
- Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer skills, including the ability to create PowerPoint presentations for trainings and workshops.
- Shift Flexibility: 8/9 hours/day, 5 days/week.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage diverse personalities and cultures.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional presentation, communication and self-discipline skills to maintain a high standard of appearance and interact positively with employees and address any issues efficiently.
- Experience with Makeup and Hairdressing for Broadcast: Familiarity with makeup and hairstyling techniques specifically for on-camera or broadcast settings. (nice to have)
- Knowledge of Skincare Products: Understanding of skincare products and techniques that can enhance the overall appearance and comfort of individuals during their shifts. (nice to have)
