We are currently seeking a dedicated Urgent Care Veterinarian (FT or PT) to join our thriving team at Thrive Pet Healthcare Mesquite. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering outstanding veterinary care in a fast-paced environment.
The role involves managing common urgent cases during our clinic hours of 10 am – 10 pm or 12 pm – 10 pm, 3-4 shifts per week, providing a favorable work-life balance. Our urgent care facility in Mesquite, Texas, focuses on offering a positive working environment and a healthy work-life balance, catering to both pet parents and veterinary partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold a position of leadership, trust, and respect as a veterinarian within the hospital.
- Foster the human-animal bond through exceptional client experiences.
- Efficiently manage multiple patients and priorities within designated timeframes.
- Provide compassionate care for common urgent cases, such as allergic reactions, diarrhea or vomiting, ear infections, and more.
- No requirement for emergency surgery competence; our focus is on mild illnesses or minor injuries after hours.
