Client Experience Coordinator

ACCESS Los Angeles is seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to join our growing team!
As a Client Experience Coordinator, you will be in charge of ensuring our clients receive unparalleled service throughout their visit with us.
Job Purpose:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all people who enter the hospital
- Be a representative of the hospital’s Principles of Quality, Integrity, Compassion, and Service at all times
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome all clients and visitors into the hospital, providing comfort options such as food and beverage
- Be knowledgeable of the status of all clients waiting in the lobby areas, including whom the patient is, what doctor they are seeing, and where they are in the process of the visit
- Provide compassionate, caring support to clients during the euthanasia process. Offer grief counseling services when appropriate
- Keep all exam rooms tidy, organized, and stocked. Utilize proper sanitation methods when appropriate.
- Keep the lobby area clean and organized. Utilize proper sanitation methods when appropriate reporting concerns to management about any maintenance or upkeep items needed.
- Keep all food areas stocked, organized, and locked up when not monitored personally
- Maintain and update Digital Exam Room Board at all times
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Minimum one year of experience in a customer service role, veterinary hospital experience preferred
- Exemplary level of compassion for all clients and their feelings
- Ability to discern the needs of clients even when they are not verbalized
Compensation: $19 - $22/HR, dependent upon experience.
