VitalRADS is hiring a part-time Client Service Representative to join our team!
Job Summary:
Join our team as a Client Service Representative, where you’ll provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients in the veterinary field. Your role will involve handling calls, responding to tickets, onboarding new clients, and collaborating with team members to ensure client satisfaction. This position will be a remote position working from home and will be scheduled after normal business hours and on weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client calls and tickets with efficiency and professionalism.
- Manage assigned projects using software tools like Excel and Jotform.
- Maintain composure in challenging situations and prioritize client needs.
- Collaborate with specialists and team members to enhance service delivery.
- Stay informed on company services and align with our core values: empathy, service, accountability, teamwork, exploration, and joy.
- Provide mentorship and training to less experienced staff as needed.
- Occasionally cover on-call duties outside regular hours.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Veterinary Technology or Business preferred.
- 3-5 years experience in the veterinary field required.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Strong technical skills with cloud and web-based systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Vision capabilities include close, distance, and peripheral vision.
Work Environment:
- This is a work-from-home position.
