The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Territory Manager, this position is responsible for a wide variety of tasks both inside and outside.  These duties may consist of hands-on activities as they pertain to our Cardlock and Branch locations. This position plays a vital role in the supporting of our site operations. 

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the daily site maintenance of our cardlock locations 
  • Rental asset maintenance 
  • Warehouse support 
  • Packaged and bulk lubricant deliveries 
  • You will spend approx. 75% of your day outside, so must be comfortable working outdoors. 
  • Attend monthly staff meetings and all safety meetings. 
  • Minor repairs to equipment 
  • Other job-related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor. 

Requirements:

  • Minimum license Class 5 with air brakes, Class 3 would be an asset 
  • Abstract must be in good standing 
  • Mechanical aptitude an asset 
  • Comfortable doing daily maintenance work at the cardlock sites 
  • Good verbal communication skills with a passion for customer service 
  • Ability to work overtime as required 
  • Willing to work in the elements, as much of this work is performed outside 
  • A team player possessing good communication and organizational skills 
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently 
  • Must be willing and able to lift up to 50lb 
  • The ability to apply good common sense and safety skills to any situation 
  • First Aid Training would be considered an asset 
  • Previous WHMIS, Dangerous Goods and Spill Response training an asset
