The Opportunity:
Responsibilities:
- Identify technical process gaps and efficiencies that can be gained with enhancements by working collaboratively with business leaders to deliver business requirements.
- Collaborate cross functionally with teams to map future state process, including but not limited to Account Management team, credit, legal, finance, onboarding etc.
- Provide temporary, short-term operational support within teams while processes are being redesigned or optimized.
- Help to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure workflow effectiveness and ROI.
- Facilitate change management, including communication, training, and user support.
- Monitor post-implementation performance and continuously refine processes based on data and feedback.
- Liaison for Ops Support team to assist in providing training material for enhancement projects and ongoing support needed for users.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
- At least five years of business and/or project management.
- Experience using Salesforce, SAP, Smartsheet and Microsoft Office Suite. PowerBI experience an asset.
- Detail oriented: should be meticulous about process and data accuracy across multiple systems.
- Strong oral and written communication skills: should be comfortable interacting with individuals across different departments and different levels within the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining organization and timely completion of projects.
- Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision
