Purpose:

To supervise Aviation Technicians in the receipt, storage, handling and delivery of aviation fuel to customers

Principal

Accountabilities:

• Verifies customer authorization and plans daily fuelling schedule and coordinates Aviation Technician duties.
• Complete full documentation and installations of LPG bulk at customer location.
• Prepares necessary forms for individual deliveries to aircrafts and obtains required authorized signatures.
• Supervises operations during refueller approach, refuelling and removal of equipment upon completion of servicing
• Ensure Aviation Technicians perform and accurately record all relevant procedures and tests on each storage tank and mobile equipment, where applicable.
• Supervises and assists in preventative maintenance.
• Ensure that all procedures are followed for product delivery.
• Conducts product sampling, dipping and draining of storage tanks.
• Assists in refueling aircraft.
• Ensure that all emergency plant equipment is checked and HSSE standards and practices are complied with in all work-related activities.

Qualification Requirements:

• A Technical Diploma or equivalent experience in Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of HSSE regulations and ISO standards
