Purpose: | The Retail Programs Implementer is responsible for executing and supporting retail programs—including Loyalty, Fleet, and future initiatives—by coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring activities are completed on schedule. This role tracks program milestones, resolves operational challenges, and reports performance to the Retail Programs & Business Intelligence Manager. |
Principle Accountabilities: | Key Responsibilities: Program Implementation & Operations - Execute daily tasks required for the delivery of retail programs (Loyalty, Fleet, and future initiatives).
- Collaborate with teams such as Marketing, IT, Operations, and Finance to ensure program requirements are met
- Support the launch and rollout of new retail programs, following established plans and timelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of program activities.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting - Track program milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor program performance and report progress to the Retail Programs & Business Intelligence Manager
- Identify and escalate issues or risks that may impact program success.
- Assist in preparing regular reports on program status and outcomes.

Qualification Requirements: | Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of progressive experience in retail operations, retail programs, program coordination, analytics support, or similar operational roles, preferably in multi-site or regional environments.
- Experience in retail program implementation or operations.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in tracking KPIs and preparing performance reports.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- English language proficiency
- Mastery of analytical tools (Excel, PowerBI, etc.)
