level. We are looking for a National Account Manager.
A Retail National Account Manager is responsible for driving and maximizing all aspects of our
partnership with Brazilian Retail Accounts. The role reports to a Head of Retail and Distribution.

These are the behaviors you’ll need for success at Logitech. In this role you will:  
 Meeting and exceeding quarterly sales and revenue objectives based in our Business Plan
 Building and managing a business rating yearly and quarterly marketing plans to achieve targets.  Reporting
on progress against these plans weekly
 Developing and executing Quarterly Business Reviews with key account customers
 Developing sales incentives and activities to help drive appropriate results
 Working cooperatively and harmoniously with the existing Logitech marketing and product marketing teams
– learning from and leveraging resources where appropriate.
 Managing all assigned resources as MDF and Sprints 
 Defining, implementing, and refining scalable and efficient ways to maximize growth opportunities and share
in all of Logitech’s categories
 Building lasting relationships with your accounts, becoming their go-to technology partner for our products
 Executing meaningfully, promptly, accurately, and reliably – being a ‘gold-standard” vendor partner
 Reporting and communicating to appropriate constituents within Logitech
In addition to customer facing activities above, the NAM is also responsible for internal Logitech activities, to include:
 Product, promotional, and expense forecasting and accrual
 Collaboration w/Logitech Product Management Team
 Collaboration w/ Logitech Trade Marketing Team
 Collaboration w/Logitech Distribution Team and Supply chain
 Managing assortment, merchandising

 Driving market share
 Ownership of T&E, Samples and MDF budgets
 Meet and exceed quarterly sales and revenue objectives.
 Define, implementing, and refining scalable and efficient ways to maximize growth opportunities and share
in all of our companies’ categories.
 Act as the primary interface between the company, Logitech, and the accounts – whether their corporate
offices, sales offices, or individual sales representatives.
 Be the go-to technology partner for our products.
 Report and communicate to appropriate constituents within Logitech (per manager direction).
 Manage all content, collateral and pricing on all customer properties.
Build and manage a business, to include:
 Develop an Annual Business Plan and forecast
 Help to implement quarterly marketing plans to achieve targets. Reporting on progress against these plans
 Develop and execute Quarterly Business Reviews with customers and leader.
 Develop sales incentives and activities to help drive appropriate results.
 Work cooperatively and harmoniously with the existing marketing and product marketing teams – leveraging
resources where appropriate. 

Key Qualifications:
 A proven and documented will-to-win balanced with appropriate humility

 The ability to work independently, while also appropriately leveraging expertise and resources within our
 A quantifiable record of success in national retail channels, preferable OSS and Mass channels, with a
demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals. 
 Various years of  Channel sales experience
 Typical business skills to include:
 Experience with solution-based approach to solving customer requirements and an understanding of
complex sales cycles
 Ability to build consensus throughout multiple levels of organizations, and be adept at developing
relationships at all levels
 Excellent verbal and written communication
 Advanced computer skills: Excel and PowerPoint.
