  • Closely working with JD sales team and category marketing team to formulate ONL marketing strategy in line with business objectives with clear strategic positioning of customers, channel/platform and media;

  •  Initiate and implement ONL marketing campaigns by different channels & sites in alignment with sales and marketing team;

  • Work on ONL marketing promotion mechanism by ONL promotion & event calendar of different layer and deliver the promotion result with sales team on the execution;

  • Plan and manage social content on JD platform, ensure all social marketing plan to drive traffic to the stores/SKUs, and ensure execution excellence with the support from agency;

  • Develop the influencer/KOLs program driving traffic to stores with expected ROI.

  • Develop and manage CRM program on JD.COM.

             

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • Majoring in Marketing, E-Merchandising;

  • More than 5 years working experience, minimum 3 years E-Commerce related experience;

  • Familiar with major business platform indicators, mobile end user behavior data and corresponding statistical methods;

  • Good market analysis, planning, promotion, public relations ability, knowledge of new media operations and data analysis;

  • A deep understanding of traffic acquisition and traffic realization; sensitive to data and data oriented and result oriented;

  • Strong execution, clear thinking, active thinking and strong sense of innovation;

  • Team management ability, good communication skills and team building.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • online and marketing activities planning, organization and implementation experience priority;
