The Role:
Logitech is seeking for a passionate and experienced Category Portfolio Manager. In this role, you will manage the product life cycle of Gaming & Streamers Category. You will partner closely with the sales organization, regional and global counterparts, and supply chain to define, plan, and drive the achievement of product KPIs (revenue, margin, profitability, and market share) and coordinate marketing activities to promote our Brand and Products. The ideal candidate will bring passion and enthusiasm for driving product line growth amongst all channels with direct responsibility for product/price positioning, demand planning, inventory optimization, market intelligence, managing go-to-market schedules, a key contributor to product line reviews, new product pitches to channel partners, and P&L management.

- Act as product and category expert to define our placement strategy and convince retailers to place and expand product assortment.
- Line up management - manages our product lines/portfolio and all related activities to drive operational efficiency and respond to market challenges. Develop pricing and promotional strategies to drive both market growth and share.
- Category product P&L management and achievement of targeted business KPIs (Revenue, Promotions, and standard margin)
- Align with the Global Commercial Organization to ensure proper product positioning for Brazil region, serving as the in-market product category expert.
- Manage demand forecasting and inventory. Work closely with sales operations and demand planning teams to develop product demand forecasts.
- Gather market information, review regional competition, provide competitive information, and analyze all relevant sales and market data to identify opportunities and risks proactively.
- Product Life Cycle Management (NPI Planning, Price Modeling and ongoing strategy, Forecasting, Product Setup, Inventory Management, End of Life Management, and Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Demand, and Supply Planning Teams)
Qualifications:
- Exceptional quantitative skills to translate data points into business plans and profitable growth results.
- Strong P&L/portfolio management and business analysis skills.
- Demonstrated ability to evangelize products and strategies internally and externally.
- Understanding of retail partners and channel strategy, preferably in the consumer electronics space.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to develop strong collaborative relationships and create informal cross-functional teams.
- English fluent verbally and written is a must.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence business, brand, marketing strategy across the organization.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams both functionally and geographically is critical.
- Self-management skills and self-starter attitude.
- Relevant industry experience in consumer tech

The Role:

The Gaming Category Manager functions as a key role in driving Gaming category hyper growth and market share gain in Brazil. The position works closely with different functions to drive the category strategy in the region. The role requires to manage the launching of new products, development of coherent sales and marketing programs to ensure the achievement of the sales targets and the forecasting and life cycle management of the products. He/she should have the capability to manage products and marketing and should have a strong sense of ownership and self-motivation.

Contribute to developing, creating and executing brand strategies for the Gaming category in the region, with guidance and support from Logitech regional teams.
Work with agencies, trade and digital teams to develop, create and execute tactical marketing/advertising campaigns for the Gaming category based on a clear analysis and understanding of consumer requirements.
Drive our strategy to reach new Gamers and evolve our Esports strategy to engage with teams and community members.
Work with regional teams to develop and launch new products on the basis of a good understanding of market requirements.
Collaborate with sales team and supply teams to develop quarterly demand forecasts for the factory.
Perform regular monitoring and analysis of sales and inventory situation to guide cluster head and sales team on tactics to improve sales and profitability of the gaming category.
Evaluate Sales and Marketing programs KPIs & ROI.

- Experience with full sales & marketing mix, developing marketing plans and 360 campaigns;
- In-depth experience in understanding customer preferences, attitudes and other factors that influence marketing plans and campaigns;
- Ability to analyze and understand sales trends at SKU level and use that to develop forecasts and sales plans to drive growth;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix organization, with diverse teams, both functionally and geographically is critical;
