We are currently looking for a Head of B2B Sales for the Southeast. You will partner with our Head of Business Sales for North America and your peer group to, define, develop, and drive sales and revenue growth across the entire Logitech product line, focused within the North American (NAM) B2B organization. 

Your role is to define clear solutions that meet the needs of your team, partners, resulting in outcomes that exceed business expectations. You will do this through heavy influencing and direct engagement with key decision makers and influencers at various levels in the organization up to and including the VP-level and C-Level executives. You will also partner with internal stakeholders including Inside Sales, Sales Engineer, Alliances, Channels, Distribution, and Marketing functions. 

You are the type of leader who exceeds sales quotas by enhancing and upleveling relationships.   • Build and maintain a strong regional network of strategic Logitech Collaboration Platform Partners that complete the customer VC solution (Microsoft/Zoom/Google).
  • Oversee sales and forecasting as well as collaborate across the business to identify and implement new strategies and initiatives to upsell and cross-sell our products to our global, midmarket, and SMB business customers.
  • Provide regional and customer insights relative to market trends and competitive landscape and position the business for growth in both the near and long term.
  • Conduct weekly activity management, pipeline, forecast, reviews across all products with direct reports to ensure accurate pipeline/forecast.
  • Deliver on forecast and quota attainment goals and objectives.
  • Take a hands-on approach that includes a high degree of personal interaction with your team and our business partners to define processes and exceed sales and revenue targets while meeting directly with customers.
  • Empower a team of sellers through clear and direct communication of roles and responsibilities that align to corporate goals and targets.
  • Assign regional quotas and remove obstacles to enable sellers to overachieve their sales, revenue and profitability targets.
  • Listen and aggregate feedback from the team to streamline selling and operational efficiencies as the business grows.
  • Provide regional and customer insights relative to market trends and competitive landscape and position the business for growth in both the near and long term.
  • Conduct weekly activity management, pipeline, forecast, reviews across all products with direct reports to ensure accurate pipeline/forecast.
  • Collaborate with marketing on initiatives that will generate new business opportunities, new revenue, and long-term customers for Logitech.
  • Build plans to prospect new accounts and develop top enterprise accounts within your territory and vertical focus and build/execute account plans within a CRM platform (Salesforce).
  • Strong desire to win deals, RFPs and Standards and even take on tough accounts while delivering quarterly revenue commitment and strong forecast.
  • Stellar storytelling and presentation skills. You will manage the sales cycle which includes the creation of client presentations and demos.
  • Partner with the channel partners including System Integrators and VARs to fulfill customers’ requirements.
  • Work with Inside Sales Team to promptly qualify leads from various sources, converting them to closed deals.
  • Listen, aggregate feedback and provide customer insights relative to market trends and competitive landscape back to the product management team.
  • Listen and aggregate feedback from the team to streamline selling and operational efficiencies as the business grows.
  • Work cooperatively with cross functional departments including CSM, SE and HQ resources to deliver elite customer experience.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • Significant relevant technology sales leadership experience in the Southeast Region.
  • Previous leadership experience in leading a direct quota carrying teams in a technology environment.
  • Global and Enterprise sales leadership experience, familiarity with key verticals.
  • Highly engaging leader, strong EQ & executive presence for C level relationships.
  • Proficient with CRM/Pipeline tools (Salesforce.com).
  • Technically proficient across the enterprise IT landscape including knowledge of Video Collaboration, Unified Communications, Networking/Mobility, and Security.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Logitech channel and alliance partners.
  • A track record of leveraging influential leadership to drive change, growth, and new business models.
  • An innovation and inclusive mindset.
  • Create a strong, inclusive culture and be willing to try new things, make bets, and take calculated risks for the purpose of growing revenue.
  • A previous record of motivating and influencing individuals to come together as one team, lead and win.
  • Strong written and verbal communications including presentation skills.
  • Experience in selling Unified Communications (UC) and strong understanding of cloud solutions.
  • Direct sales experience in Video Collaboration is preferred.
  • Previous experience building strategic enterprise account plans.
  •  Proficiency in social media such as LinkedIn; Sales Navigator.
  •  Able to do hands-on solutions demos with our customer.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing geographically and culturally diverse sales teams, across North America.
  • Multi-segment experience preferred, including Global/Enterprise sales leadership experience.
  • Experience working on large RFP projects is a plus.

This position offers an annual OTE (base + variable) of typically between $ 154,000 and $ 308,000, dependent on location and experience.

In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
