Programs Claim Processor

 

 

Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a Programs Claim Processor to join us onsite at our Corporate office in Greeley, Colorado.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Process payments and deductions related to MDF items and End User accounts– daily
  • Research deviations related to billback payment requests and deductions – daily
  • Work with sales team and customers on denied trade deductions - weekly
  • Maintain Brokerage, Rebate, and MDF agreements on a monthly, weekly, or daily basis when proper paperwork is provided by Sales personnel
  • Monitor materials and ship-to’s that are added to the system to communicate with Sales to determine whether or not items need to be added to current agreements – daily
  • Work with Brokers to reconcile Brokerage payments and ensure accurate payments – weekly/monthly
  • Maintain accurate files of all programs and payments
  • Run reports for Sales Reps – as requested
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience preferred
  • SAP experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work proactively in a high-paced deadline-oriented environment
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Must be focused, detail and numbers oriented, and have the ability to multitask
  • Experience in Excel required
  • Excellent communication skills; both oral and written required
  • Ability to communicate and work closely with supervisor relative to critical/urgent sales programs issues
  • High level of synergy is critical to success
  • Must be able to set goals and successfully meet deadlines
  • Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation

 

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

  • Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;

  • Base salary range of $19-$21/hr; and

This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account various factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to a candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiencies for the role.
