Job Title: HR Coordinator 1st shift 8 am to 5 pm
 
Monday through Friday flexible hours as needed and some Saturdays.

JOB DISCRIPTION:
  • Conduct complex Alchemy training Sessions
  • Recommends program changes or enhancements to meet Alchemy training requirements
  • Schedule and coordinate training for multiple, sometimes simultaneous, training sessions
  • Meet with trainers, supervisors, Human Resources, and Benefits coordinators to review training materials and processes
  • Participate on HR & company committees 
  • General office procedures including handling phone calls and filing
  • Other duties as needed or required
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills- Bilingual English & Spanish preferred
  • Must be able to demonstrate effective people skills
  • Energetic personality
  • Computer skills and knowledge of basic office software necessary
  • Good Attendance
  • Trustworthy – Will be handling confidential material 
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:
 High School Diploma/ GED; Associates Degree or two years of college coursework in Communications, HR, or similar field preferred but not required; experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
