Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Janitor for our Corporate Offices. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to earn competitive pay and grow within our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize office, bathrooms, break rooms, floors, dining areas, public areas, and other designated spaces.
  • Perform non-routine cleaning and special projects, as needed.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Limpieza y saneamiento de oficina, baños, pisos, salas de descanso, areas publicas y otras areas.
  • Realizar limpiezas no rutinarias y proyectos especiales según sea necesario.
  • Mantener un alto nivel de limpieza e higiene en todas las instalaciones.
  • Seguir todas las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad y saneamiento.
  • Entre otras responsabilidades que le puedan ser asignadas.

 

Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Flexible and adaptive to changing tasks and priorities.
  • Willingness to take on non-routine cleaning tasks and special projects.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

  • Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
  • Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
  • 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
  • Base salary range of $17.00 / hour;
