Position Title: Process Improvement Analyst
Department: Finance & Accounting
Location: Greeley, CO
Reports to: CFO
Principle Responsibilities:
- Process mapping and documenting all JBS Carriers operational procedures.
- Present and confirm accuracy of all documented processes with internal business partners.
- Identify and mitigate business risk and process exposure.
- Assist to coordinate best practice implementation and process improvements.
- Maintain regular updates to flowcharts, process maps, and descriptions.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Advanced competency in process mapping and flowchart creation.
- Strong proficiency in professional communication and customer service.
- Advanced competency in Microsoft-based software. Specifically, Excel Word and Visio.
- Able to master new software systems in an efficient manner.
- Possess a strong disposition. Able to work at a high-level and in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational & time-management skills.
- Previous Auditing experience, preferred.
Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Bachelor’s or associate’s degree preferred.

- Base salary range of $55,000.00 to $60,000.00 annually and
- This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;
