TRAINING MANAGER
Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages training of fabrication employees to ensure proper job qualifications are met
- Manages training metrics of all management & support functions
- Oversees floor trainers
- Performs employee investigations
- Cross functional HR duties (i.e.- knowledge of benefits, FMLA, recruiting etc.)
- Other Duties, as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Team oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Bilingual preferred
- Previous training experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- College degree preferred
