Mission (Why does this role exist?) and Scope (About the Job)

 

This position will majorly be involved - Advanced Analytics, Assist Project / Process Improvement efforts like – Lean, Kaizen and help us to drive delight for both Internal and External customers

Responsibilities:

  1. Analytics of vast data from different sources to draw significant inferences for action

 

  1. Root Cause Analysis of various business challenges and proposing robust solutions

 

  1. Good Presentation, Documentation, Advanced Excel and Flow-charting skills to facilitate Project and Process transitions

 

  1. Use statistical tools/models to derive actionable insights (Power BI, Tableau, Python)

 

  1. Should have good knowledge of Process / Project auditing and should lead the audit efforts

 

  1. Actively lead / participate in improvement drives across projects and domains

 

  1. Present insights to the leadership team in various forums

 

Key Responsibilities and Outcomes (What the Person needs to accomplish in the role ?)

Requirements:

 

  1.  Six Sigma Green Belt certified

 

  1. Excellent knowledge on MS Office Tools – PPT, Excel, Word, Visio etc.

 

  1. Good knowledge of ISO, Lean, Kaizen, Quality Tools and Minitab

 

  1. Hands on experience on Data Dashboarding, Project charting, Value Stream mapping & Documentation

 

  1. Must have led improvement Projects on Metrics like – Quality, FTR, NPS, Cycle Time, Productivity etc.

 

  1. Over all 6 Years of experience with minimum 2 Years of experience in same type of role

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications: Education, Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Behaviour) and Experience

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be a Graduate
  • Six Sigma Green Belt Certified
  • ISO Auditor experience will be an advantage
  • Any other Degree / certificate related to Project Management / Quality will be an advantage
  • 2 years relevant experience with a proven track record of leveraging analytics to drive significant business impact
  • Hands-on experience on data manipulation tools like BI, SQL, R, Python, Advanced Excel etc.
