As a Content Writer in the global Design and Creative Studio, you’ll help shape the brand’s tone of voice, ensure clear and accurate communication, and deliver educational and marketing content across channels.      
Day-to-day you’ll work with our product marketing, design, and creative teams to maintain copy standards and tell product and brand stories through enphase.com, the Enphase Store, marketing newsletters, and more. You’ll also provide input and help evolve the Enphase tone of voice to ensure we are always communicating effectively and engagingly to our audiences. Additionally, you’ll help refine our copy guidelines and review and edit web pages and external teams’ draft copy.      
This is a full-time role that can be remote or in-office at your preference. A strong, diverse portfolio of work is required to apply; please include a link or attachments in your resume or application.     
What you will do:  
  • Editing marketing and creative copy to tell brand and product stories
  • Reviewing, editing, and proofreading web pages
  • Reviewing, editing, and proof-reading content from external teams and agencies
  • Writing long- and short-form content for our educational, blog, and support pages
  • Writing and editing product descriptions for the Enphase Store
  • Helping develop messaging hierarchies for product launches and campaigns
  • Overseeing the quality of localizations to ensure the original intention of the copy translates well to all languages
  • Helping update and refine copy and brand voice guidelines
  • Transforming insights that come from different channels and segments into content that delivers value to target audiences in various stages of the customer journey
  • Building a strong relationship with product teams and learning about products, features, and important company landmarks to further deepen your Enphase writing expertise
  • Participating in design and content critiques to improve your work and the collective work of our team
Who you are and What you bring:  
  • Excellent grammar and copywriting skills; samples will be requested
  • BE / B.Tech graduate with 3+ years of experience writing compelling content for direct-to-consumer companies
  • Aptitude for distilling complex concepts into simple messages
  • Demonstrated mastery of copywriting in a clear and consistent voice, and comfort in working with technical language
  • Attention to accuracy and detail when describing products and technologies
  • Strong adherence to copy standards, from style and punctuation to capitalization and date and time formats
  • Curiosity for the how and why of a request, launch, product, or feature when developing content, and an understanding of how that content helps support specific campaigns and the business as a whole
  • Ability to show restraint in writing and know when less is more
  • Close collaboration and partnership with designers
  • Outstanding time management and multi-tasking ability with high degrees of autonomy
