About the role

Enphase University (ENPHU) is the training platform for Enphase Energy, Inc. This platform serves thousands of Enphase users worldwide. The training program make it easier for our users and their teams to learn how to sell, design and install Enphase solutions. ENPHU enables access to timely online and face to face education and content to develop technology knowledge and skills.

What you will do

  • Content management and maintenance
  • Organise and oversee all training content and maintenance projects for our online learning platform.
  • Prioritize projects and manage to align with go-to-market activities and other training/marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (Product Trainers, Field Applications Engineers, and Product Managers) and our instructional designers to organise the timely preparation of new and updated training materials.
  • Ensure training content library is up-to-date and version controlled.
  • Enphase University Support.
  • Delivering best in class user support, as part of a global team focused on the highest levels of learner experience.
  • Support on all ENPHU installer issues and support cases.
  • Manage ENPHU user registration, platform, and content access.
  • Respond to ENPU contact queries/direct emails from users.
  • Conduct remote troubleshooting for users in Enphase University.
  • Resolve and manage user complaints/issues to completion.
  • Run reports on regular intervals as per set procedure.
  • Participate in ongoing training/education of industry standards and Enphase technology.
  • Professionally represent Enphase via all communications mediums.
    • Using statistical tools to identify, analyse, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction.
    • Analysing trends that impact both the organization and the industry.
    • Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
    • Work to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies. 
    • Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends. 
    • Develop performance metrics strategy and reporting NPS.

Who you are and what you bring

  • Should be a Graduate.
  • Should have scored 60% and above in 10th, 12th and Graduation. Applicant with lower than 60% scores in 10th, 12th or Graduation will not be considered for the role. Scores are mandatory to be shared along with the resume. Incomplete resumes will not be considered for the position.
  • Should have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in Managing LMS.
  • Proficiency in statistics and statistical packages like Excel, BI, SPSS, SAS to be used for data set analysing.
  • Experience in LMS data analysis and visualization.
  • Knowledge and experience of working on LMS portal.
  • Knowledge of data visualization.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Adept at queries, writing reports, dashboard and making presentations.
  • Good Interpersonal skills and proven ability to build rapport and establish/keep working relationships with customers, peers, and managers.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Experience in Learning management system/LXP (Preferably Moodle platform)
