As the Marketing Analytics Manager, you will help deliver insights to support the growth objectives of the business. We are looking for someone who takes pride in understanding the business and has a natural curiosity to mine data and identifying actionable insights that will help drive quantifiable business outcomes. You will also be instrumental in the adoption of a new business intelligence solution and help support the marketing organization to measure, improve and predict the effectiveness of our campaigns.


  • Partner with marketing managers to create measurement plans for their campaigns.
  • Create dashboards and a process to review campaign performance by leveraging effective attribution models, identify trends, forecast future performance, and present findings and recommendations to the team.
  • Proactively analyze funnel data to identify trends in the business that require action, from marketing spend to pipeline and bookings.
  • Create and manage operational reports/dashboards in Tableau and to track the effectiveness of cross-channel marketing campaigns and events to support data-driven business decisions.
  • Train and support end-users to access and analyze the results of their campaigns.


  • 3+ years of experience in a reporting & analytics function, banking or management consulting
  • 2+ years of experience with; demonstrated understanding of CRM concepts such as lead management and pipeline.
  • Strong understanding of the B-to-B sales & marketing function and how its success can be measured.
  • Expertise in data mining, statistical analysis and descriptive analytics
  • Ability to leverage various data sources (external and internal) to do deep dive analyses and paint a holistic picture.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with demonstrated thoughtfulness in approach
  • Must be an energetic team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, business partners, and vendors.
  • Ability to present findings effectively to an executive audience
  • Proactive with the ability to work independently on multiple assigned projects with limited supervision.
  • Bachelors/Post Graduate in quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Marketing or Finance.
