Director - Business Intelligence
- Be a strong analytics partner to senior business leaders.
- Build advanced and predictive analytics capabilities in the team.
- Groom talent, to build a best-in-class analytics team.
- Drive design simplicity and elegance.
- Streamline and automate data pipelines, ETL processes, and documentation.
- Work closely with business partners to develop a roadmap of priority initiatives.
- Establish a zero-error quality check framework.
- 15+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence.
- Experience managing high performing Data Analytics / Business Intelligence teams with 8-10 direct / indirect reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or mathematics.
- Advanced degree or certifications in Data Analytics or Data Sciences are a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with Software/SaaS Go-To-Market motions, concepts, and metrics.
- Expert in databases, queries, programming languages, visualization tools, analytics platforms, and enterprise reporting systems, to guide / mentor the team in these areas.
- Strong project management and prioritization skills
- Effective communicator with strong executive presence
- Experience working directly with senior business stakeholders (VP+)
