Job Summary

Responsible for Korea partner selection, recruitment, onboarding, enablement and working with Nutanix MD, Sales, SE to drive sales from Partners and Distis. Work with APJ Channel leader to implement APJ and country channel marketing programs. Ensure ISR close sales leads, allocate leads to NX sales reps or partners, decide on deal registration approval from OEM and Partners ensuring win-win and mangae channel conflict situations. Point of contact for Nutanix channel partner program, work with field marketing to drive partner led events, and Alliance partner programs.


  • Influence Partners and Distributors to align their business resources to drive Nutanix revenue.
  • Regular meetings and business planning sessions with Partners including QBRs to plan MDF spending, business activities.
  • Develop an channel plan for selected partners and drive this to success.


  • Strong verbal and written communications skills including negotiation skills.
  • Has executive gravitas. Able to engage partners at their senior management level.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with employees within the sales function and across functions including Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, and Product Development.
  • Experience using SFDC, Clari and other CRM software.
  • Track record of exceeding assigned channel sales quotas in contiguous, multiple years.
  • People management skills is a bonus.
  • Relevant country experience is required.
  • Experience with running budgets and P&L, execute programs and budgets on time, on budget.
  • Comfortable in a self-directed, startup environment.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • At least 10 years of sales and/or channel management, channel program management experience is required.
  • Experience in managing partners who sell hypervisors - VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix is required.
  • Proven track record in building and starting up a channel partner network is required.
