Nutanix is looking for a highly collaborative, motivated, and flexible HR Operations Coordinator to join our Global HR Operations team. The HR Ops Coordinator will provide support to the HR function in various customer-serving aspects and will interact with recruiters, hiring managers, our legal team, and new hires, contributing to the overall success of the contingent workforce program by providing a high level of customer service and quality.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and manage phone, on-site and skype interviews for full time and contract requisitions
  • Own and juggle multiple schedules and miscellaneous projects for Contingent Workforce Program and the local Nutanix Recruiting Team
  • Responsible for entry, maintenance, and integrity of data in our applicant tracking system
  • Partner with external agencies on contingent hiring
  • Maintain regions contingent hire files for compliance purposes
  • Manage the PO Process for all contingent hiring in the region and partner with finance to ensure vendors are paid on-time
  • Prepare and process SOW’s, extensions and other contract related documents
  • General day-to-day HR related administrative duties

  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
  • Must be able to handle sensitive/confidential information
  • Excellent customer service skills, business etiquette
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to multi-task in a challenging and fast-paced environment
  • Computer Skills: Outlook, MS Office, Excel, Power Point
  • Experience assisting with a contingent workforce program a plus
