  • Partner with Tax, Finance and HR in the formation and management of Nutanix’s global subsidiaries, including completing incorporation checklists, managing annual filings, and assisting with various other international subsidiary corporate governance matters.
  • Assist with management of global subsidiary database.
  • Manage global vendors.
  • Willingness to provide general paralegal support to in-house SEC reporting and corporate governance legal functions.


Required Skills, Experience and Qualities:

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a corporate paralegal, with an international subsidiary management background. A mix of law firm and in‐house experience preferred (ideally with experience in a high‐tech environment)
  • Experience with public company corporate governance, and related documents and processes a plus.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to effectively work with various functions and levels within an organization
  • Talent for organizational efficiency; a proactive approach to problem solving  
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, multi-task, and adapt in a rapidly changing environment
  • Enthusiastic approach to new challenges and tasks
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously to complete tasks accurately, on schedule, and with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency with Google Docs/Drive, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and the utmost discretion
  • Enthusiastic, can-do, eager to learn attitude a must
