Responsibilities

Command Center Analytics
  • Lead in building out of a strategic executive-level dashboard of key operational metrics to drive and monitor the health of our payment operations.
  • Architect and implement a centralized revenue data strategy that harmonizes disparate systems and sources (Payments Engine, CRM, billing systems, processor DFM files and more)
  • Develop scalable data pipelines and dashboards capable of supporting real-time insights. 
  • Identify necessary tooling and software to drive ongoing data-informed decision-making. 
  • Establish pertinent dashboard KPIs aimed at tracking operational performance, monitoring operational health, and driving revenue growth.
  • Analyze the revenue streams from various Tyler divisions and product lines – understanding transaction volumes, optimizing payment costs, and determining impact of pricing and business decisions.
  • Assist in what-if scenario modeling related to merchant migration, product launches, and other initiatives.
  • Understand merchant setup, implementation pipelines, and sales pipelines and how those flows contribute to revenue generation, revenue acceleration and margin improvement.
 
Revenue Operations Reporting
  • Analyze trends within the key performance indicators, including payment processing volumes, transaction revenue breakdowns by product line, volumes and counts by processor, and similar.
  • Own the command center reporting build for executive leadership, including in-depth analysis of processing volumes, merchant boarding, billing and operational alerts. 
  • Create a reporting view of processing volumes by processor source, product line, and payment method.
  • Create a reporting view of processing footprint by geographic, division, and other client-base attributes.
  • Create a reporting view of boarding SLAs, merchant additions, merchant attrition, red-flag and fraud indicators.
  • Create a reporting view on expense management, cost per transaction, and qualifying transactions.
 
Organizational Partnering
  • Partner across all functional areas of the team to support 2030 Transaction Revenue financial goals.
  • Develop familiarity with payment products, service offerings, merchant setup, pricing approaches, and platforms and the leaders that support them.
  • Work with business leaders in Operations, Development, and Sales to identify and monitor KPIs that aid their day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and revenue growth.
  • Aid in proactive, strategic reporting initiatives – as well as ad hoc queries and inquiries
  • Demonstrate the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms. 

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in Revenue Operations and/or Data Strategy roles
  • Proven experience in the payments industry, with a focus on fin tech solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or Data Science; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, process-oriented mindset, with an attention to detail - while maintaining the ability to think strategically
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication, to business leaders and executives.
