Position at Sumitomo Electric Hardmetal de Mexico S.A. de C.V.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare quotes for cutting tools (inserts, tool holders, drills, milling cutters, etc.).
- Analyze technical specifications and customer requirements.
- Request and compare prices with national and international suppliers.
- Keep the product catalog, price lists, and margins up to date.
- Follow up on submitted quotes until the sale is closed.
- Support the sales team with technical and commercial information.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics to validate delivery times.
- Prepare quote status reports.
- Customer service for foreign clients in English.
- Work with international suppliers.
Candidate Profile
Schooling
- Recent Graduated from Bachelor's degree in Administration, International Business or related field.
Experience
- At least 3 months to 1 year in quotes dept. or administrative tasks.
- Sales or commercial support of cutting tools (desirable).
- Dealing with suppliers international.
- Advanced English (able to write technical emails).
