Position at First Sumiden Circuits, Inc.

  • At least 5 years of experience in training / learning & development
  • At least 1-3 years in supervisory role or 10 years experience in L&D
  • Experience working in a manufacturing, technical, or corporate training environment is an advantage.
  • Experience in facilitating training programs.

  • Training Program Development (including FSCT University)
    • Develop, design, and implement training programs and materials aligned with organizational goals, competency frameworks, and FSCT University standards. 
    • Ensure training content supports employee capability and performance improvement.

    Training Needs Analysis (TNA)

    • Conduct training needs analysis in coordination with department managers.
    • Analyze skills gaps and competency requirements to develop effective learning strategies.  
    . Training Planning
    • Prepare the annual training plan based on TNA results and business priorities.
    • Develop individual and departmental training roadmaps.
    • Training Implementations (including LMS Utilization)
      • Plan, coordinate, and oversee the delivery of internal and external training programs using LMS and blended learning approaches.
      • Monitor training schedules and ensure smooth execution, including digital and classroom-based learning. 
        Training Documentation and Reporting
      • Maintain accurate records of training participation, completion, and evaluation.
      • Prepare training reports, evaluate program effectiveness, and recommend interventions based on findings.  
        Training Research and Program Improvement
        • Conduct benchmarking and research on learning trends, digital learning tools, and best practices.
        Recommend improvements to training programs, LMS utilization, and FSCT University learning methodology
        Compliance and Administrative Responsibilities
        • Ensure training programs, LMS usage, and FSCT University activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements 
        Perform other related duties as assigned by management
