Customer Account Engineering Manager
Description
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
- Master’s Degree or MBA is an advantage
Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in NPI, customer program management, or product engineering within electronics or automotive industries
Preferred Skills
- Strong customer-facing and leadership experience
- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, DFMEA/PFMEA, validation testing, and industrialization
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- PMP certification is an advantage
- Background in EMS or Tier 1/2 Automotive; FPC/PCB knowledge is a plus
- Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma, IATF 16949
- Proficient in MS Project or similar tools
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
