SNPW team is looking for a Human Resources Timekeeping staff to join our organization and support the accurate tracking of employee hours, pay rates, and overtime calculations to ensure proper payroll management.
JOB OVERVIEW
Monitors employee attendance, work hours, and overtime to ensure accurate timekeeping, support payroll processing, and maintain compliance with company attendance policies.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Psychology, Business Administration Major in Human Resource Management, or any related field.
- Experience in timekeeping, payroll, or administrative work is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential information.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Record and monitor employee attendance, work hours, and overtime.
- Ensure accurate timekeeping data for payroll processing.
- Track employee time-off requests, including vacation, sick leave, and personal business.
- Assist in resolving timekeeping discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company attendance policies.
